The presented paper describes a review of the literature on medicines that are widely used in clinical practice for diseases of the liver and biliary tract. In particular, the classification of hepatoprotectors, mechanisms of action, indications for use and contraindications, as well as analyses for side effects and disadvantages arising from the use are described. Also, in the analyses carried out, the main emphasis was placed on the properties of natural or synthetic agents and antioxidants, obtained mainly on the basis of plants, which restore the decay of liver cells, protecting it from endogenous and exogenous toxins. At the same time, brief information is also provided on the research work carried out in our country regarding measures for the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases. At the Yunusov Institute of Plant Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of scientists conducted extensive pharmaco-toxicological studies to study the biological activity of vincane hydrochloride and its derivatives. Based on these studies, a number of studies were conducted not only on the special pharmacological activity of the substances studied, but also on their effects on organs and systems, including respiration and blood pressure. Based on the conducted studies, it was found that in acute experiments on cats, vincanin hydrochloride and derivatives in doses of 0.3 – 5.0 showed a tendency to increase blood pressure and somewhat increased breathing. However, at higher doses, tonic clonic seizures occurred, leading to the death of experimental animals. This requires the use of these substances in very small doses, as far as possible, in order to achieve a therapeutic effect. In studies of changes in the body weight of experimental animals in dynamics, vincanin hydrochloride and pyrosaline chloride did not have a negative effect on the ratio between the control group, although they slightly changed the weight of animals, while pyrosaline iodomethylate did not have a negative effect on the change in body weight of experimental animals in dynamics compared with vincanin hydrochloride and pyrosaline chloride.

This article describes a brief literary analysis of diseases caused by various viruses, which are considered very relevant today because of their significant social and economic importance, as well as their high prevalence in modern medicine. From the studies conducted, it can be concluded that viral diseases are often asymptomatic or cause difficulties in diagnosis, since they occur in any diseases associated with a decrease in the immune system. There is also the difficulty of differential diagnosis of primary infection and recurrence of infection during examination during pregnancy. In this connection, cytomegalovirus infection, human papillomavirus, including genital herpes, leads to psychological, psychosexual and even psychiatric disorders that significantly violate the quality of life.

In this article, as a continuation of scientific research on the study of the neurological activity of newly synthesized compounds, the results of studies of the neutropic activity of the 1,2,4 triazole derivative are presented. At the same time, the motor and search activity of compound D-378 was studied in the study conditions, the effect on M-cholinergic receptors in the arecoline tremor method, the effect on catalepsy with haloperidol, and anxiolytic activity. Studies have shown that the compound D-378 exhibits m-cholinomimetic and anxiolytic activity, and also increases the motor and search activity of animals without affecting the catalepsin of gloperidol. This, in turn, requires extensive scientific studies of other neurological activities of the D-378 compound.
