SOCIAL FACTORS OF ENSURING THE SPIRITUAL STABILITY OF SOCIETY IN A SECULAR STATE

Abstract

This article explores the essence of the concept of spiritual stability, highlighting its integral connection to societal development, civil solidarity, an environment of tolerance, and legal culture. The author argues that the primary function of a secular state is to ensure a fair legal balance between diverse religious and secular views within society, guarantee freedom of conscience for its citizens, and strengthen overall spiritual harmony. The article provides a detailed examination of the impact of legal equality, religious tolerance, the education system, family upbringing, civil society institutions, mass media, and national values on spiritual stability.
