THE SOCIAL SIGNIFICANCE OF INHERITANCE ISSUES IN THE TREATISE “TESTAMENTS” BY MUHAMMAD IBN MUSA AL-KHWARIZMI
Maksud Ibragimovich Jantayev ,Abstract
This article examines the third chapter of Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi's famous work, Al-Jabr wa al-Muqabala, known as "The Book of Desires," and explores its socio-philosophical significance. In the work, the author demonstrates the relationship between algebraic methods and Islamic law, as well as the role of mathematical modeling in rationalizing social relations. It demonstrates that al-Khwarizmi is not only the founder of algebra but also one of the first thinkers to combine legal justice with mathematical logic.
