THE CURRENT STATE OF TRANSPORT DIPLOMACY IN UZBEKISTAN’S RAILWAY SECTOR

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the Republic of Uzbekistan's transport diplomacy in the railway sector. The research examines major infrastructure projects being implemented in 2024-2025, international cooperation mechanisms, and railway network modernization processes. Results demonstrate that Uzbekistan is actively participating in strategic projects such as the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan (CKU) Railway, Trans-Afghan Railway, and Trans-Caspian Route (Middle Corridor). In 2024, railways transported 73.9 million tons of cargo, and cargo volume along the Middle Corridor increased fivefold compared to 2019.

This article examines, from a social-philosophical perspective, the deepening of the identification crisis among minors in the digital environment, emerging as a new stage of globalization, and the complex dialectical relationship of this process with the phenomenon of cyberaggression. In a context where digital technologies directly influence self-awareness, the formation of social roles, and the construction of communication experiences, the increasing disparity between the “virtual self” and the “real self,” the transformation of self-affirmation mechanisms, and the rise of aggressive forms of communication in minors’ consciousness are assessed as factors that pose a serious threat to the moral and ethical stability of society.

This scientific article analyzes the legal framework and socio-philosophical aspects of the preservation of the neighborhoods of the Tashkent region and the city of Tashkent, consisting of courtyard housing with a traditional centuries-old history. The penetration of Western traditions, influenced by globalization processes, also causes a radical turn in the traditions of Uzbek urban planning. As each nation, elat and people have their own training, religion, culture, customs, there are also peculiarities in the way they live and live. The article thoroughly studied the legal framework governing the preservation and protection of traditional Uzbek courtyard housing in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Proposals have been formed to improve the system of preservation of traditional neighborhoods in Tashkent region and Tashkent City.

SOCIO-IDEOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF RADIO, PRESS, AND TELEVISION IN THE KHOREZM REGION (1950–1970)

This article analyzes the socio-economic, cultural-educational, and ideological functions of radio broadcasting, radio newspapers, local press, and television operating in the Khorezm region during the period from the 1950s to the 1970s. The study examines the main areas of activity of radio nodes in the Khorezm region, including coverage of agriculture, cotton production, livestock breeding, mechanization, public health, and cultural life. In addition, based on historical sources, the article explores the development of radio and television within the framework of the concept of the “newspaper without paper and distance,” highlighting their technical capabilities, audience reach, and role in Soviet information policy. The local press and electronic mass media of the Khorezm region are assessed as the principal carriers of communist ideology at the regional level.

TURKISTAN ENLIGHTENERS AND HIGHER EDUCATION INTEGRATION: THE ROLE OF MUKHTOR BAKIR IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE PEOPLE'S UNIVERSITY

This article analyzes the enlightenment movement in Turkestan at the beginning of the 20th century and the formation of the higher education system in the region. The study aims to highlight the role of the enlightened intellectual Mukhtor Bakir in the establishment of the Turkestan People’s Darilfunun and his contribution to improving the institutional structure of the university. The research describes methods of historical-comparative analysis and the study of periodical press materials. Furthermore, the significance of the “People’s Darilfunun” in the development of social equality and education in society is emphasized.

The findings indicate that Mukhtor Bakir was a key figure in initiating the training of national intellectuals and adapting educational curricula to the specific needs of the Turkestan region.
