To accomplish this task, reference is made to the thinker’s reflections on this issue, particularly his metaphysical and anthropological doctrines. Ibn Sina’s philosophy is characterized by a distinctive methodological system in which the problem of existence is interpreted within a coherent theoretical framework.

The philosopher explains being — that is, all existing things, their origin, structure, interrelations, and transition from one state to another — through the principles of necessity (wājib), possibility (mumkin), actuality, and causality. These categories occupy a central place in his ontology and serve as the methodological basis for understanding the relationship between God and the human being.

Ibn Sina elaborated on these questions in a number of his works, including Ash-Shifo, An-Najot, Al-Ishorat va al-Tanbihat, Hayy ibn Yaqzon, and Ahval an-Nafs. In these writings, the essence of God as the Necessary Existent (Wājib al-Wujūd) and the status of the human being as the Possible Existent (Mumkin al-Wujūd) are examined on scientific and philosophical grounds.
2026-04-07T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Abdurashid Tukhtashevich Yakhshilikovhttps://www.supportscience.uz/index.php/ojss/article/view/4002INSTITUTIONAL BASIS OF ENVIRONMENTAL STABILITY2026-04-30T15:48:18+00:00Ibodulla Elmurzayevich Shaymardonovadmin@supportscience.uzDoniyor Shukhratovadmin@supportscience.uz
This article analyzes the process of stabilizing the ecological environment scientifically and theoretically based on an institutional approach. The research substantiates the interrelated and complementary functions of public administration, economic regulation, public participation, and international cooperation institutions in ensuring environmental sustainability. The systematic importance of regulatory and legal norms, management mechanisms, and economic incentives in maintaining ecological balance is revealed. The hoard is currently preserved in the State Museum of the History of the Timurids of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The described coins are divided into two types. On the obverse of both types, an Arabic inscription reads “zarb Kesh” (“struck in Kesh”). On the reverse of Type I coins, the legend “adl shirmard” appears, serving as a guarantee of the authenticity of the monetary unit and emphasizing the power of the ruler. On Type II coins, the year of minting is written out in words in Hijri dating as “nine hundred and one”. The obverse and reverse of both types are decorated along the circumference with a dotted ornament, a border line, and a stylized vegetal motif in the form of a leafy branch. It has been recorded that some of the coins bear two types of countermarks. These countermarks were applied during the Shaybanid period in order to compensate for the shortage of currency in commercial circulation by reusing Timurid coins. These finds also serve as evidence that Kesh coins were in circulation within the territory of the Tashkent oasis during the specified period.
2026-04-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Dilmurod Normurodov, Tair Gyulhttps://www.supportscience.uz/index.php/ojss/article/view/4003PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF RELIGIOUS VALUES IN THE FORMATION OF ECOLOGICAL CULTURE2026-04-30T16:00:10+00:00Sitora Ayonovna Azamovaadmin@supportscience.uz
This article discusses the role of religious values in the formation of ecological culture, their influence on shaping a positive attitude of individuals toward the environment and nature. The study, based on archival documents and statistical data, shows that in the period 1925–1940, as a result of the sharp increase in the demand for labor in the conditions of the rapid development of industry, the mass involvement of women in the production sector was formed as a political and economic necessity. According to the results of the study, although the participation of working women in production was an important factor in ensuring the operation of industrial enterprises, the lack of adequate working conditions, household support, and social guarantees for them caused a number of problems. At the same time, the special attention paid by party organizations to training "socially and politically active" personnel from among women indicates that they have become a means of ideological influence.
2026-04-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Dilafruz Abdimannobovna Iymanova , Kozimjon Ibragimovich Kambarovhttps://www.supportscience.uz/index.php/ojss/article/view/3919WITTGENSTEIN’S PHILOSOPHY OF LANGUAGE AND EASTERN PERIPATETIC SPIRITUAL EPISTEMOLOGY: A COMPARATIVE-ANALYTICAL APPROACH2026-04-12T17:52:07+00:00Ferangiz Rustamjonovna Narzukulovaadmin@supportscience.uz
This article presents a comparative-philosophical analysis of social meaning and moral knowledge in the context of Ludwig Wittgenstein’s philosophy of language and Eastern peripatetic moral epistemology. The study examines how Wittgenstein’s concepts of “language games” and “forms of life” reveal the social and normative character of meaning, and compares these ideas with the peripatetic views of al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, and Ibn Rushd on intellect, morality, and spiritual knowledge. The analysis demonstrates that in both Western and Eastern philosophical traditions, social meaning and moral knowledge are formed not only through individual cognition but also through interaction with social, ethical, and cultural frameworks. The study contributes to the methodology of philosophical, cultural, and social-humanitarian research, highlighting the integrative potential of Eastern and Western epistemologies in understanding the social construction of meaning.
2026-04-07T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Ferangiz Rustamjonovna Narzukulovahttps://www.supportscience.uz/index.php/ojss/article/view/4001THE ROLE OF THE FAMILY INSTITUTION IN FORMING LEGAL CULTURE IN YOUTH2026-04-30T15:32:10+00:00Bahodir Nurillayevich Omonovadmin@supportscience.uzMashhura Islomovaadmin@supportscience.uz
This article analyzes the socio-pedagogical role of the family institution in the process of forming the legal culture of youth on a scientific basis. The study explores the content of the concept of legal culture, its structural components, and the mechanisms of influence of family education on the development of legal awareness and legal behavior. The importance of the family as the primary socialization environment, the influence of parents' legal literacy and personal example on the legal culture of young people, is substantiated. It also reveals the pedagogical possibilities of cooperation between families and educational institutions in increasing the effectiveness of legal education.
2026-04-19T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Bahodir Nurillayevich Omonov, Mashhura Islomova
