This article analyzes theoretical and practical issues related to the concept, meaning, proportion and significance of transparency and openness of the courts, ideas, proposals and comments put forward in the legal literature, as well as the legislative experience of foreign countries. As a result of the analysis, theoretical provisions were put forward regarding the concept, content, share and importance of transparency and openness of the activities of courts in civil proceedings, proposals aimed at improving legislation.
