The article discusses various grouting compositions for the use of repair and insulation works in a production well. The shortcomings of the developed binder materials for the use of repair and insulation works are shown. A new polymer grouting composite composition for repair and insulation works of oil and gas wells has been developed.

In article results of influence of the chemical acid-base environment on durability of a cement stone are considered. It is shown that even at interaction with low-mineralized water his intensive defeat is observed by corrosion. Results of a research of durability of the cement stone which is in the acid-base environment by addition to a portlandtsement of such additives as marble powder, quartz sand, waste of polymers, asbestos and waste of porcelain are presented.

It is established that in the acid environment the portlandtsement with additive of quartz and usual sand is much steadier against corrosive attacks. In the alkaline environment the best indicators are received at additive to cements of quartz sand and marble powder.

In the process of studying the structure and properties of Angren kaolin, our analysis results show that it contains high-silicon aluminum and the possibility of extracting aluminum oxide. Research was carried out to determine an alternative method of obtaining alumina from kaolin. A high-silicon alumina-bearing rock processing method was selected, and Angren kaolin was selected as a raw material for the Fischer-Tropsch process catalyst.

The purpose of dividing the geological exploration process for oil and gas into periods and stages is to determine the rational sequence of various works and the principles of general assessment of their results on a single methodological basis for effective use of the subsoil.
