THE SOCIAL FORM OF A LESSON: OPPORTUNITIES AND LIMITATIONS OF FRONTAL TEACHING

In the article, the views of several researchers regarding frontal teaching are presented, along with a detailed discussion of the ways in which this method can be applied, its potential advantages, and its inherent limitations. In addition, the practical implementation of frontal instruction — including working in groups, working in pairs, solving problem-based situations, the project method, and other approaches — is also examined.
