PEDAGOGICAL MECHANISMS OF FAMILY, SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY COOPERATION IN EDUCATING THE ALPHA GENERATION
Umrbek Shokirovich Zokirov ,Abstract
This article examines the pedagogical mechanisms of cooperation among family, school, and community in the upbringing of the Alpha Generation. The study highlights the psychological, social, and educational characteristics of children born after 2010 who are growing up in a highly digitalized environment. The rapid expansion of information technologies, artificial intelligence, the Internet, and mobile devices has significantly transformed the educational landscape and created new challenges and opportunities for child development and upbringing.
The paper explores the theoretical foundations of collaborative educational approaches and explains the role of pedagogical mechanisms in ensuring the effectiveness of the upbringing process. Particular attention is given to parent-school communication systems, school-community partnerships, the use of digital communication tools, and social partnership models aimed at supporting children's holistic development. The findings indicate that the integrated efforts of family, school, and community contribute substantially to the moral, intellectual, and social development of Alpha Generation children. Furthermore, the implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies and digital tools enables the creation of a modern and effective educational environment that meets the needs and expectations of contemporary learners. The study emphasizes that strengthening cooperation among key social institutions is essential for fostering responsible, competent, and socially active members of the future generation.
