The article analyzes legal issues related to the termination of rights to occupy land plots based on the right of ownership, the right of use and the right of lease. In particular, it considers the legal basis for the seizure of land for public needs, disputes arising in judicial practice, mechanisms for ensuring the rights and interests of land owners. It also discusses problematic aspects of legislation, issues of compensation, legal protection of citizens and legal entities, the need to ensure the principles of transparency and fairness in the termination of rights. The article provides recommendations and proposals aimed at improving the theory and practice of land law.
