
"REGIONAL SECURITY IN CENTRAL ASIA: THEORETICAL APPROACHES AND THE ROLE OF UZBEKISTAN IN SHAPING A SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE"

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of regional security theories within the context of a turbulent international system and the growing geopolitical significance of Central Asia. Various paradigms are examined — from classical realism to the postcolonial approach. Particular attention is given to Uzbekistan as a key actor playing a stabilizing role in the Central Asian region. The phenomenon of desecuritization is discussed, along with Uzbekistan’s strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing regional cooperation, trust, and resilience.
