THE ROLE OF POLITICAL LEADERSHIP IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF DEMOCRATIC CHANGES (THE CASE OF UZBEKISTAN)

Abstract

This article analyzes political concepts related to the fact that in Uzbekistan, as in the world community, there have been major changes in the Democratic sphere, the political distance between the state and society has decreased, and the democratization of the state. In addition, reforms and dynamic changes have been carried out in our country, which have contributed to the growth of state confidence in citizens, which were undertaken as a result of the research that the article tried to highlight. In addition, historical events show that the role of the direct political leader in overcoming barriers between the government and citizens and in the results of reforms is great.
