This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the philosophical and ethical problems of social sciences in the context of the New Uzbekistan. The study examines the processes of social modernization, the transformation of spiritual and moral values, new paradigms of the relationship between the individual and society, and the methodological foundations of social sciences. Particular attention is given to the preservation of national moral values in the context of globalization, the formation of civic consciousness, and the development of social responsibility. The article also highlights the role of social sciences in social development, their philosophical and methodological foundations, and their relationship with ethical principles.
