Abstract

The article examines the transformation of early twentieth-century avant-garde art through the works of Pablo Picasso and Hannah Höch. It explores the use of non-Western imagery as a source of formal innovation and critical reflection. The study highlights a shift from aesthetic appropriation to the deconstruction of visual and ideological structures of representation.
