The content of our article reveals the tragic periods of Kazakhstan's history in the first half of the last century. There is not even a small village left in the vast country where Stalin's terror did not take place. The political repressions carried out in Shymkent and the Turkestan region fit deeply into a consistent, diverse method of destroying the national gene pool led by F.Goloshchekin , who implemented the purposeful plan "Small October", which turns exactly one hundred years old this year. He was not only an instrument of Stalin's policy, but also the organizer of an experiment - the extermination of the Kazakh people. They are a painful and complex problem for the Kazakh society, affecting the souls and destinies of every family.
