TASKS FOR ENHANCING THE SCIENTIFIC AND INTELLECTUAL EFFECTIVENESS OF MASS CULTURAL EVENTS AT A NEW STAGE OF SOCIETAL DEVELOPMENT

This article analyzes the main tasks for enhancing the scientific and intellectual impact of mass cultural events at a new stage of societal development. These events play an important role in the process of cultural, social, and spiritual renewal of society. The article examines the characteristics of holidays and events, intellectual propaganda, mass media, and mechanisms for the effective organization of events. In addition, it outlines contemporary conditions, challenges, and ways to address them in order to achieve the stated objectives. The aim of the article is to develop recommendations that have both scientific significance and practical value.
