ANALYSIS OF SOCIETAL TRANSFORMATION BASED ON THE VIEWS OF DANIEL BELL AND ALVIN TOFFLER
Zafar Botirov ,Abstract
This article analyzes the formation of postindustrial and information society theories and the conceptual foundations of societal transformation based on the views of Daniel Bell and Alvin Toffler. Bell’s concept of postindustrial society highlights the predominance of knowledge and the service sector, the strategic role of theoretical knowledge, and the impact of technological progress on social structures. Toffler’s “Third Wave” theory examines the civilizational changes following agrarian and industrial stages, focusing on the emergence of a new socio-cultural model due to the penetration of information and communication technologies into social life.
