This article discusses the issues of developing the notary system based on modern technologies. In particular, the application of blockchain technology in notarial processes, its advantages in the secure storage and verification of documents are widely analyzed. Also, the experience of the state of Delaware in blockchain-based registries is considered and the possibilities of adapting it to the conditions of Uzbekistan are assessed. The second part of the article examines the issues of using chatbots for legal consultations, regulatory approaches developed by the United Kingdom and their positive aspects. Finally, practical proposals for Uzbekistan are given.
