THE ROLE OF THE CHANGE PORTIONING SYSTEM IN DEVELOPING FACILITATIVE MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES IN YOUNG LEADERS

This article investigates the development of facilitative competencies of young leaders in the modern management environment. It analyzes the methodological role of the "change portioning" system in enhancing management efficiency under conditions of instability and rapid change (VUCA, BANI). The study provides a scientific basis for how the change segmentation strategy reduces psychological resistance within the team and fosters flexible management skills in young leaders. The article concludes with practical suggestions aimed at improving the facilitation skills of young personnel.
