ENVIRONMENTAL CRIMES AND THEIR PROSECUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW

This article discusses the environmental problem that is increasingly becoming a global issue today, the causes of its emergence, and the illegal activities related to environmental crimes. It also lists the types of liabilities established in our legislation against environmental crimes. The article reflects on the increasing number of crimes against the use of natural resources and environmental protection, and their significance for the development of our country.
