LABOR MARKET TRANSFORMATION AND ITS IMPACT ON YOUTH CONSCIOUSNESS: A SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS

The article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of how labor-market transformation affects youth consciousness. Transformation is interpreted as the unity of objective changes in technology, employment forms, occupations and competencies, and subjective changes in labor values, professional motivation, identity and expectations about the future. The paper argues that artificial intelligence, automation, platform work and the accelerated renewal of skills create new requirements for young people’s professional agency.
