This article analyzes the social, spiritual and legal role of women in ensuring social stability. The novelty of the work is to study the phenomenon of oppression and violence against women in the context of social stability based on a comprehensive approach. As a result of the analysis of the literature, the socio-economic, legal and educational factors of violence were identified and the main directions for the formation of an intolerant environment were proposed. In conclusion, strengthening the legal protection of women and changing public consciousness are one of the important conditions for social stability.
