PRIORITY AREAS AND PROSPECTS FOR STRENGTHENING CYBERSECURITY IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article examines the priority directions and prospects of strengthening cybersecurity in New Uzbekistan from a socio-philosophical perspective. The study aims to provide scientific grounding for cybersecurity within the context of harmonizing the interests of the state, society, and the individual. The methodological framework relies on systemic-structural and comparative-historical methods together with content analysis of normative-legal documents and theoretical sources. The results reveal the legal, socio-philosophical, cultural, and institutional dimensions of cybersecurity. The conclusion assesses strengthening cybersecurity as a strategic task requiring harmonious cooperation among the state, society, and the individual.
