This article provides a comprehensive socio-philosophical analysis of the fundamental laws and patterns of social development. It examines the objective and subjective factors influencing the processes of social formation, transformation, and development. Particular attention is paid to the historical characteristics, internal contradictions, and dialectical nature of social development. The article substantiates the continuous and stage-by-stage character of social development and emphasizes the close relationship between the transformation of social relations and economic, political, spiritual, and cultural processes. It also analyzes the role of the human factor, social needs, interests, and values in the development of society. The influence of innovation, digitalization, and globalization on social life under contemporary conditions of social transformation is highlighted. The study reveals the interrelationship between tradition and innovation, continuity and renewal in the process of social development. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the objective laws of social development manifest themselves through their interaction with conscious human activity and social institutions.
