THE INFLUENCE OF MORAL AND LEGAL NORMS ON GENDER EQUALITY

This article analyzes the influence of moral and legal norms on gender equality. Philosophical, social, and political aspects of gender equality are examined. The impact of modern moral and legal norms on society is assessed. The article highlights various approaches to achieving gender equality and reveals the relevance of this issue in the context of globalization and the information society.
