Farruxmirzo G’aybullayev ,Abstract
This article analyzes, based on the author’s personal experience, the causes of disputes arising between participants in construction contract agreements within the rapidly developing field of construction legal relations in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It explores the extent to which pre-trial dispute resolution mechanisms are applied, as well as the distinctive features of court proceedings in such cases. Each pre-trial resolution mechanism is discussed from a legal and practical perspective, with data on how they are implemented in practice. The article also reviews court statistics over the years concerning disputes stemming from construction-related civil legal relations. Finally, recommendations are proposed on how parties can resolve construction contract disputes efficiently and cost-effectively, based on the win-win principle.
