
LEGAL BASIS OF THE TOURIST SERVICES MARKET AND CIVIL PROTECTION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS

This article analyzes the market of tourism services and the legal basis for civil law protection of consumer rights. In the context of the rapid development of the tourism industry, reliable protection of consumer rights, ensuring transparency and stability of contractual relations are becoming an urgent issue. The article covers legal relations arising in the provision of tourist services on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular, the Civil Code, the Laws "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and "On Tourism". The article also substantiates the need to improve the mechanisms for combating violations of consumer rights and civil law remedies.
