This article analyzes the importance of ethical and moral principles in enhancing women’s legal literacy. It examines the role of moral values, social responsibility, justice, and personal conscience in the process of developing legal knowledge. The study emphasizes that women's acquisition of legal awareness contributes to their active participation in social life, ability to protect their rights, and promotion of equality in society. The research highlights the pedagogical and psychological application of ethical principles and moral standards in forming legal literacy. Additionally, the article stresses the significance of the social and cultural environment, as well as the promotion of moral values, in raising women’s legal literacy.
