LEGAL AND INSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF COMBATING ALCOHOLISM IN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the legal and institutional foundations of the state policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at combating alcoholism, promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population, and reducing the harmful effects of alcohol, as well as its practical results. Along with the positive indicators achieved in the field of healthcare and public safety as a result of the reforms, the article highlights the current challenges and future tasks to address them.
