This article analyzes the socio-philosophical essence of the phenomenon of poverty and its relationship with human thinking, spirituality, social justice, and human capital. The process of poverty reduction is considered not only as an improvement in economic indicators, but also as a comprehensive social process aimed at expanding people's opportunities in education, healthcare, employment, social participation, and the realization of their potential. The study employs logical, comparative, and socio-philosophical methods of analysis to examine the interrelationship between human capital, social inclusion, economic sustainability, spiritual renewal, and modern technologies in the process of poverty reduction. The results demonstrate that the effectiveness of poverty reduction depends not only on expanding economic opportunities but also on developing human thinking, social responsibility, and spiritual and moral values.
