This article analyzes important aspects of the formation and development of a work culture to enhance the professional performance of young people. It demonstrates that mechanisms for acquiring knowledge through the teacher-student system, mentoring, modern online platforms, and interactive courses are effective in improving the skills and professional effectiveness of young people. The article describes the influence of corporate and professional culture, innovative technologies, entrepreneurial thinking, intellectual development, and social responsibility on work culture. The importance of learning from mistakes, transformational processes, and creating a healthy work environment in youth activities is emphasized. These findings highlight the need for a systems approach based on national and international experience.

This article examines the fundamental role of the family as a social institution in shaping and strengthening spiritual and moral values among youth. The family is analyzed as the primary space of socialization where moral norms, national values, social responsibility, and civic consciousness are formed. Special attention is given to the transformation of family upbringing under conditions of globalization and digital communication, as well as to the challenge of maintaining a balance between traditional values and the demands of modern society. The research results highlight the strategic importance of family-based education in ensuring the spiritual stability of youth and in developing the moral potential of society.

This article analyzes the role and participation of E.Yu. Yusupov in the socio-political processes and public life of Uzbekistan. The author examines his activities in the field of public administration, cooperation with civil society institutions, initiatives within the reform process, and his influence on the formation of public opinion. Particular attention is given to the importance of Yusupov’s activities in strengthening national statehood, shaping youth consciousness, and ensuring social stability. The findings of the study demonstrate that the socio-political activities of E.Yu. Yusupov occupy a significant place in the modern history of Uzbekistan.

The article analyzes the outcomes of the 25th Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization held on August 31 – September 1, 2025, in Tianjin, China. This summit marked a significant milestone in the organization’s history in terms of both its scale and political importance. Recognized as the largest and most important event in the 24-year history of the SCO, the summit reflects the organization’s transformation from a regional security bloc into a platform with growing geopolitical influence. The results and symbolism of the summit emphasize the strengthened role of the SCO as a key mechanism for regional integration and international cooperation.

This article provides a scholarly analysis of bowl-making—an important branch of Uzbek pottery (flat tableware such as bowls, large dishes, cups, and plates)—using the example of the Kokand center. It examines the transcultural significance of Kokand pottery, its tilework (koshin) and porcelain traditions, renowned masters, and museum collections of their works. Based on archaeological and ethnographic sources, as well as academic literature (Aminov, 2020; Bobobekov, 1996), the historical development of bowl-making and contemporary issues of heritage preservation are discussed.
