DIGITALIZATION IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM OF UZBEKISTAN AND COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURAL DEADLINES

Abstract

This article analyzes the process of digitalization in Uzbekistan’s judicial system and its impact on compliance with procedural deadlines. The study highlights the role of the E-SUD electronic system, online court hearings, and automated monitoring mechanisms in improving judicial efficiency. It also discusses technical, legal, and organizational challenges and suggests solutions. The author concludes that digital transformation in the judiciary strengthens procedural discipline, reduces human error, and ensures timely access to justice.
