PROBLEMS AND FUTURE PROSPECTS OF THE SOCIAL STATE IN MODERN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the process of formation of the concept of the social state in modern Uzbekistan, its theoretical and philosophical foundations and practical problems. The author highlights the principles of social justice, human dignity and civic responsibility as central criteria of social policy. Also, the issues of balance between economic reforms and social stability, participation of civil society and development of social capital are studied from a philosophical point of view. The article substantiates the future prospects of the social state - the need to develop human capital, introduce the principle of subsidiarity, and make justice and trust the stable foundation of the social system.
