TRADITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH BLACKSMITHING AND KNIFE-MAKING IN THE VALLEY REGIONS

Abstract

This article discusses the development of national crafts in our country, in particular the development of blacksmithing in the Fergana Valley, as well as the Namangan, Chust, Andijan, Kokand, Shakhrikhan, and Karasuv schools of blacksmithing. Moreover, information is provided on the history and current state of these blacksmithing and knife-making schools.
