YOUTH AND CIVIL SOCIETY: ISSUES OF ENHANCING LEGAL CULTURE

In the modern era, the development of society and the effectiveness of democratic reforms are directly linked to the level of civil society development. In this process, enhancing the legal culture of youth is of particular importance. This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the role and significance of youth in the development of civil society, as well as issues related to improving their legal culture. The study examines the concept of legal culture, highlights the social activity of young people, and their interaction with civil society institutions. In addition, problems hindering the formation of legal awareness and legal culture among youth are identified, and practical recommendations are proposed for addressing them through the education system, civil society institutions, and digital tools.
