MODERN TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC PROCEDURAL LAW

This article analyzes the importance of economic procedural law in a market economy and its role in the effective resolution of economic disputes in Uzbekistan. It highlights key issues such as gaps in legislation, inconsistencies in judicial practice, and insufficient digitalization of the judicial system. The paper also proposes measures to develop e-justice, strengthen mediation mechanisms, and improve the enforcement of court decisions.
