This article examines the current issues related to improving the legal framework of the anti-corruption system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study analyzes national anti-corruption legislation, international legal instruments, and the best foreign practices through a comparative legal approach, while evaluating the effectiveness of the existing legal mechanisms. Systematic, comparative legal, formal legal, and content analysis methods were applied throughout the research. The findings demonstrate the necessity of improving the regulatory framework for corruption prevention, strengthening the legal regulation of conflicts of interest, developing anti-corruption compliance systems in public institutions, expanding the use of digital governance tools, and enhancing public oversight. Based on the findings, scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving the legal foundations of the anti-corruption system in accordance with international standards are proposed. The research results may contribute to the enhancement of anti-corruption policy, improvement of law enforcement practice, and promotion of transparency and accountability in public administration.
