DEVELOPING A CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF LEGAL EDUCATION FOR THE PREVENTION OF OFFENSES AMONG YOUTH

This scientific study analyzes the theoretical and practical foundations of legal education in the prevention of juvenile delinquency and offenses among young people. The research substantiates the role of the legal education system in developing young people's legal consciousness, legal culture, and legal responsibility. Furthermore, it examines the mechanisms of cooperation among state authorities, educational institutions, families, mahalla community institutions, and civil society organizations in the prevention of offenses. The author proposes a conceptual model of legal education, outlining its structural components, functional dimensions, and mechanisms for practical implementation. The findings contribute to the early prevention of offenses among youth, the strengthening of legal immunity, and the enhancement of the effectiveness of the preventive system.
