SOCIALLY DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR AND ITS NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE SPIRITUAL AND CULTURAL LIFE OF SOCIETY

Lazizbek Turakulievich Mamatnazarov ,

Abstract

Socially dangerous phenomena, manifestations of deviant and delinquent behavior, aggression, anomie, and the phenomenon of moral degradation act as destructive factors posing a most serious threat to the institutional stability and spiritual-cultural development of any society. The cultural and spiritual-civilizational development of a society is determined not merely by material infrastructure or economic indicators, but above all by the population's system of values, moral self-regulation, level of social trust, and awareness of cultural identity. When socially dangerous manifestations acquire a systemic character in society, they primarily undermine social capital and the spiritual foundation from within, obstructing the vector of the society's prospective development. This article comprehensively describes the complex and multifaceted negative impact of socially dangerous behavior and phenomena on the spiritual and cultural sphere of society from philosophical, sociological, culturological, and psychological perspectives.

Keywords

Socially dangerous behavior, deviant and delinquent behavior, spiritual and cultural development, social trust, anomie, axiological deformation, destructive factors, spiritual immunity.
