This article examines the increasing structural complexity of the system of youth interests in society under conditions of reform, as well as the political-philosophical and sociological foundations for balancing these interests. The epistemological essence of the concept of “interest” is comparatively analyzed through the perspectives of Uzbek lexicography, the French Enlightenment thinkers, German classical philosophy, and the conceptual approaches of local scholars. The article explores the system of youth interests as a distinct social stratum and identifies the objective sources of intersubjective conflicts arising under conditions of limited resources and social expectations. In conclusion, the author proposes original approaches to mechanisms for ensuring the consistency, legitimacy, and social stability of reforms by balancing the economic, social, and spiritual dimensions of youth interests.
