A PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF TENSIONS BETWEEN QUANTITATIVE INDICATORS OF HUMAN CAPITAL AND THE SOCIAL RECOGNITION OF PERSONAL POTENTIAL IN DIGITAL ASSESSMENT SYSTEMS
Fayzullajon Sadullayevich Kosimov ,Abstract
The article compares digital indicators and the recognition of personal potential. Eight sources inform a distinction between data, interpretation, decision, and recognition. Numerical precision is separated from justified educational judgment. An audit of indicator scope, context, and opportunities to challenge decisions is proposed.
Keywords
digital assessment, human capital, validity, algorithmic transparency, social recognition, personal potential, educational judgment.
