This article substantiates the need to move beyond technocratic interpretations of security and to understand it as a state of protection of an individual’s digital subjectivity, autonomy, and identity. Based on a synthesis of the concepts of M. Foucault, J. Habermas, and M. Castells, the study reveals the power-related, communicative, and network mechanisms underlying the formation of digital threats to the individual, including algorithmic control, fragmentation of identity, and asymmetry of informational power. It is shown that the individual acts not only as an object of protection but also as an active participant in ensuring their own information security. A subject-oriented conceptual model of interaction between the individual, the state, society, and digital technologies is proposed, allowing security to be considered as a dynamic process dependent on the level of digital literacy, the maturity of institutions, and the conditions for preserving the communicative autonomy of the subject.

This article examines the foundations of Amir Temur’s statehood, focusing on its administrative structure, military organization, and legal principles. The study is based on primary historical sources such as the “Tuzuk-i-Timuri,” Sharaf al-Din Ali Yazdi’s “Zafarnama,” and Nizam al-Din Shami’s chronicles, alongside modern historiography. The findings indicate that Temur’s state was built upon centralized governance, strict discipline, and meritocratic principles. The article highlights the long-term political influence of Temur’s state model in Central Asia.

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the modern aspects and main trends in improving the image of state civil servants. The impact of the image of a public servant on public trust and the effectiveness of public administration is revealed. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the interrelationship between the image of an organization and the personal image of a civil servant is substantiated. In addition, the role of natural and artificial methods of image formation, as well as professional and ethical factors, is highlighted. The article substantiates that image policy has strategic importance in developing the civil service as an attractive and reliable institution.

This article provides a theoretical analysis of the influence of Greek philosophy, particularly Neoplatonism, on the formation of Sufi doctrine. The study examines the emergence of Sufism as an ascetic movement and its subsequent transformation into a comprehensive mystical and philosophical system characterized by ontological and epistemological perspectives. Special attention is paid to the translation movement through which Greek philosophical heritage entered the Islamic world and its impact on Sufi thought. The Neoplatonic concepts of emanation, absolute being, spiritual perfection, and intuitive knowledge are comparatively analyzed alongside key Sufi notions such as wahdat al-wujud, tajalli, and ma‘rifa. The article critically challenges reductionist interpretations that view Sufism merely as a product of external influences and argues for understanding it as a complex intellectual tradition rooted in Islamic and mystical foundations.

The article analyzes the impact of migration on human existence and the statistical landscape of the Andijan region for 2025. The author substantiates the concepts of the "1.5 multiplier effect" and "unification" of remigrants' social capital. Practical measures for the rehabilitation of deported persons and individuals at risk are proposed.

The gender phenomenon is interpreted as a socio-cultural construct distinct from biological sex, and the role of historical, cultural, legal, and socio-economic factors in its formation is examined. In addition, the article analyzes women’s social activity, the manifestation of gender inequality within the family environment, and the importance of legal culture and the education system in ensuring gender equality. The research findings demonstrate that ensuring gender equality is an essential condition for the cultural development of society and the advancement of civil society.

The article examines the virtual transformation of social consciousness as a process in which the categories of subjectivity, identity, and cultural security are reshaped under the influence of modern information technologies. This process, first and foremost, turns subjectivity from an autonomous internal phenomenon into a condition dependent on external factors that are socially constructed through digital media tools. In this sense, the virtual transformation taking place within social consciousness detaches the subject from its essence and renders it a networked form inclined toward constant algorithmic identification.

This article focuses on the description of the legal regulation of digital money in the world, and Tajikistan is following the path of recognizing its new form of money, creating separate categories (CFAs - digital financial assets) and highlighting regulatory models — from permissive (licensing) to prohibitive, with a focus on centralized control, identification of participants and anti-money laundering measures, while The main task is to ensure security, transparency and integration into the financial system without losing the functions of the regulator.

This article analyzes the antonymic system of the concept of “self-sacrifice” (fidokorlik) in the Uzbek language from both linguistic and spiritual perspectives. The main objective of the study is to identify the semantic, etymological, and functional differences between fidokorlik and its opposing terms — “selfishness,” “betrayal,” and “treachery.” The author examines the motivational (intention-related), practical (action-related), and ideological (belief-related) contrasts among these words, thereby revealing the multilayered meaning of fidokorlik in language and culture. The study is based on definitions from the “Explanatory Dictionary of the Uzbek Language,” examples from literary works, and a comparative semantic table for conceptual analysis. The findings demonstrate that fidokorlik does not have a single antonym; rather, depending on context, its opposition is expressed in three directions: “selfishness” (motivation), “betrayal” (personal loyalty), and “treachery” (ideological loyalty).

This article provides a historical and statistical analysis of the impact of population migration on the socio-economic development of the regions of the Fergana Valley in 1946–1970. It examines the territorial redistribution of labor resources, changes in the demographic structure, and the development of social infrastructure in the context of post-war economic recovery, industrialization, and urbanization. The results of the study show that migration was an important factor in ensuring industrialization, but at the same time it created additional pressure on infrastructure and demographic balance.

This article examines the concept of asceticism in Christian doctrine, its historical formation, theological foundations, and practical manifestations within Orthodox Christianity. The study analyzes the development of ascetic thought based on Biblical texts, the role of Jesus Christ and the Apostolic tradition, as well as ascetic practices reflected in the Philokalia. Particular attention is paid to the stages of Orthodox asceticism, the struggle against passions, and the concept of holiness as a path to spiritual perfection.

The study also highlights the possibilities of applying the heritage of Eastern scholars within the modern education system. Using an analytical approach, the article reveals the thinkers’ calls for knowledge and enlightenment, the role of moral education in the personal development of youth, and their advanced ideas on shaping human virtues.

This article analyzes the destructive influences encountered in working with students and young people, the level of social danger, and the socio-philosophical aspects of protection from destructive influences. It describes state policy regarding youth in the Republic of Uzbekistan, legal and regulatory acts on crime prevention, the system of spiritual and educational work, and public cooperation. The experience of foreign countries is also examined, and the most effective mechanisms aimed at preventing socially dangerous actions among students and young people are analyzed. The article substantiates that the development of a legal culture, social responsibility, and ideological immunity among young people is an important factor in the development of a rule-of-law state and civil society. 

This article analyzes the key factors influencing the manifestation of moral and aesthetic values in the works of Mirzo Bedil. The study examines Bedil’s personal philosophical views, Sufi traditions, the social and cultural environment of his time, and his emphasis on spiritual and moral education. The results indicate that the moral-aesthetic values in Bedil’s work are closely connected not only with individual spiritual development but also with the broader socio-cultural context. Furthermore, the article highlights the potential application of these values in contemporary social and moral education.

This article studies the history of political and ideological “attacks” against Jadid schools in Turkestan at the beginning of the 20th century. The article examines the national-enlightenment significance of Jadid schools, their conflict with Soviet ideology, and the impact of this conflict on the development of the Uzbek education system. Methodologically, the study is based on the analysis of historical sources, scientific literature, and archival documents. The results show that the “attack” against Jadid schools was not only a pedagogical, but also a large-scale political-ideological campaign that led to the destruction of national education.

The article is devoted to identifying the traces preserved as toponyms from the Chavuldur tribe, one of the 24 ancient Oghuz tribes that were part of the Oghuz State along the Syr Darya in the 9th–12th centuries AD. It concludes that the names of cities in Kazakhstan such as Shavildyr and Shavgar (present-day Turkistan), as well as the village of Shaldar, originate from the name of this tribe and its branches.

This article analyzes the agricultural system of the Bukhara Emirate in the 19th century, the economic role of rain-fed and irrigated lands, irrigation methods, and productivity levels based on historical sources. It also examines the socio-economic significance of grain production and the causes of periodic famines. The results of the study reveal the historical characteristics of agrarian relations in the emirate.

This article describes the specific features of the economic development of the Republic of Korea in the 1970s. During this period, various economic processes and challenges that took place in different sectors of the country are analyzed, including state intervention in the economy, the inflow and attraction of foreign investors, and related issues.

This period also became a distinct stage in the development of heavy industry in the Republic of Korea. In this regard, it was characterized by the economic policy implemented by the government and a number of incentives provided to the population. The establishment of the Economic Planning Board was one of the most important steps in organizing and effectively managing economic activities in the country.

In preparing this article and presenting the data, extensive use was made of the works of foreign historians and translated sources.

This article analyzes the ecological disaster caused by the drying up of the Aral Sea and its regional and global consequences. The Aral Sea disaster is one of the largest environmental problems in Central Asia, negatively affecting the environment, economy, healthcare, and social spheres. The article examines the concept of environmental responsibility based on modern approaches, highlighting the role of sustainable development, transboundary water resource management, environmental security, and international cooperation. The implementation of environmental restoration projects in the Aral Sea region, their effectiveness and prospects will also be discussed. The research results show the relevance of modern approaches to finding sustainable solutions to environmental problems and increasing environmental awareness.

This article examines the integrative function of national identity in strengthening social stability and civic solidarity. National identity is conceptualized as a unifying resource that creates a shared value-meaning space and helps align the interests of diverse social groups, generations, and regions. The paper identifies key mechanisms of integration, including shared historical memory and symbols, civic identity, social trust, moral norms, tolerance, and a culture of public dialogue. Special attention is paid to globalization and information influence, under which national identity also performs a protective (resilience-building) function by mitigating risks of social fragmentation and conflict escalation. The article concludes with conceptual directions and practical recommendations aimed at enhancing the integrative capacity of national identity in public policy and educational contexts.

On the example of the Arab invaders, the occupation of Central Asia, the establishment of the colonial system, the Islamization of society, the reaction of the local peoples to the Arab invasion and the colonial policy, the changes that occurred in the system of state power, management and judicial bodies, the legal regulation and practice of social relations, and the changes that occurred in the social, economic, cultural - educational, ideological life of the people were analyzed and appropriate conclusions were drawn.

This article provides a philosophical and methodological analysis of the conceptual relationship between the philosophy of mind and contemporary challenges of mental health. The study explores key issues such as the nature of consciousness, subjective experience, personal identity, personhood, and psychological resilience within the broader framework of modern mental well-being. Particular attention is given to the social, cultural, and ethical determinants of mental disorders, as well as to the integration of philosophical perspectives with psychological and psychiatric approaches. The paper also examines stress, depression, anxiety disorders, information overload, and the impact of digital environments on cognitive and emotional processes as significant phenomena of contemporary society. The findings highlight the theoretical potential of the philosophy of mind in explaining mental health and in shaping preventive strategies under conditions of rapid socio-cultural transformation.

The concept of socio-civilizational development remains an important conceptual tool for understanding the historical direction of human society in modern sociological, economic and political research. The concept of socio-civilizational development presented in this article simultaneously defines the mechanisms of society's change and directions of future development.

This article examines negotiations over transboundary water resources in Central Asia through the lens of game theory and strategic interaction among states. The study focuses on the interests of upstream and downstream countries within the Amu Darya and Syr Darya river basins, the interdependence of their policy choices, and the role of water–energy exchange mechanisms in shaping regional cooperation. By applying both non-cooperative and cooperative game-theoretical models, the paper explains the emergence of the “prisoner’s dilemma,” collective action problems, and the persistence of low-efficiency Nash equilibria in regional water politics. Particular attention is given to repeated games and compensation mechanisms as tools for achieving Pareto-improving outcomes. The article argues that the institutionalization of water–energy exchange, combined with transparent monitoring systems and fair compensation arrangements, can significantly contribute to the development of stable and long-term cooperation in transboundary water management in Central Asia.

This article analyzes the new opportunities of artificial intelligence technologies in ensuring environmental sustainability, in particular, in the processes of environmental management, monitoring, natural resource analysis and sustainable development planning. At the same time, the mechanisms of interaction between the ecological system and digital intelligence are highlighted.

The article examines the socio-philosopical ideas of Sufism as one of the most significant spiritual and intellectual movements within Islamic civilization. It analyzes Sufi perspectives on human nature, society, social justice, morality, and political authority. Special attention is paid to the concept of the “Perfekt Man” (al-insan al-Kamil), as well as the ideas of    spiritual equality, brotherhood, and humanism. The study demonstrates that Sufism played an importand social role by shaping moral values, promoting social solidarity, and harmonizing social solidarity, and harmonizing social relations. The author concludes that the socio-philosophical heritage of Sufism remains relevant in the context of modern value  crises.

This article analyzes the development of the education system and the processes of human capital formation in Uzbekistan from both historical and contemporary perspectives. Using a comparative approach, the research examines the centralized and ideological characteristics of the education system during the Soviet period, as well as the fundamental shifts in educational policy during the years of independence.

This article explores modern Uzbek philosophy, its epistemological research, theories of knowledge, scientific methods of cognition, and their forms. The cognitive process and its various forms are examined from an epistemological perspective. Furthermore, the extent to which methods such as dialectical, empirical, theoretical, and hermeneutical approaches are applied in Uzbek philosophical thought is analyzed.

This article analyzes, on the basis of historical sources, the activities of the healthcare system, the sanitary and epidemiological situation, and the dynamics of the spread of infectious diseases in the Fergana region during the Second World War (1941–1945). A sharp increase in cases of typhus, malaria, typhoid fever, and other infectious diseases during the war years was identified. At the same time, it is substantiated that as a result of preventive, disinfection, and vaccination measures carried out by health authorities, positive outcomes were achieved in controlling certain diseases.

This article provides a scholarly analysis of one of Uzbekistan’s ancient crafts—pottery—focusing on its historical and folkloric roots, technological features, local schools, and contemporary development. In particular, the spiritual foundations of the craft are examined through folk legends associated with the Prophet Noah (peace be upon him) and folkloric texts similar to the “Treatise on Pottery” found in Sufi traditions. Drawing on archaeological and ethnographic research, classical scholarly sources, and modern studies, the article emphasizes the cultural and heritage significance of pottery.

Relations between Turkey and the Central Asian states are characterized by consistency, multidimensionality, and mutual geopolitical interest. The article outlines the key areas of cooperation with Central Asian countries within the framework of Turkey’s foreign policy concept.

The article analyzes the socio-economic consequences of demographic processes in the Turkestan General-Governorship. The study examines population growth, migration patterns, urban and rural population structure, and their impact on the labor market. It also considers the socio-economic conditions of the population, land use, and the influence of demographic factors on industry and agriculture. The article aims to explain historical demographic processes and their socio-economic effects based on historical sources.

This article provides a general scholarly overview of major manuscript and lithographic collections that embody the rich scientific and spiritual heritage formed in the territory of Uzbekistan. The findings emphasize the necessity of a systematic and philosophical approach to the development of musical taste among young people.

This article analyzes the issues of employment and unemployment in modern society from a socio-philosophical perspective, while women’s employment problems are considered an essential component of this process. Employment is interpreted not only as economic activity but also as a phenomenon related to an individual’s position in society, social integration, and opportunities for realizing personal potential. Unemployment, in turn, is evaluated not only as an economic problem but also as a factor leading to social exclusion, loss of self-confidence, and increased social inequality. The article highlights the influence of education level, gender stereotypes, family responsibilities, territorial disparities, and modern forms of labor on women's employment, while employment issues are examined within the framework of social justice and equal opportunities.

This scientific article analyzes the legal foundations for the use of firearms by internal affairs bodies and the National Guard in ensuring public safety. The article examines the institution of warning a person prior to the application of coercive measures based on international and national legal norms. It identifies shortcomings in the normative consolidation of this requirement within national legislation. In addition, the significance of issuing warnings in ensuring human rights and strengthening public safety is substantiated, and scientific conclusions and proposals aimed at improving legislation are presented.

Although the emergence and initial spread of Islam are historically associated with the Arabian Peninsula, its subsequent development is closely connected with the lands of Central Asia. In the advancement of the sacred religion and the elaboration of Islamic legal norms, the contribution of scholars from this region has been invaluable. One of such outstanding scholars is Abu Zayd al-Dabbusi. A prominent jurist, Abu Zayd al-Dabbusi was one of the seven renowned judges of Bukhara and a distinguished representative and leading authority of the Hanafi school of law. This article examines the life of Shaykh Abu Zayd al-Dabbusi, his scholarly contributions, and his dedicated services to the development of Islamic jurisprudence and the Muslim community.

This article examines the problems of communication ethics based on the scientific heritage of Gadamer, one of the prominent theorists of hermeneutic philosophical views. Gadamer's considerations reveal complex aspects of speech ethics and social relations today and are also relevant because they have not lost their theoretical and practical significance. The article describes the important aspects of the analysis of arguments put forward for resolving communication conflicts and resolving them based on an effective approach through Gadamer's hermeneutic views.

It argues that in the context of contemporary information space and digital technologies, virtuality acquires new significance in human thinking, perception, and epistemological processes. In scientific cognition, it manifests through modeling, simulation, and artificial intelligence-based knowledge practices. The article examines the ontological and epistemological dimensions of virtuality and reveals their impact on the development of modern cognitive culture.

This article examines the formation of modern urban infrastructure during the period of the Bukhara People’s Soviet Republic (BPSR) and analyzes its theoretical and practical foundations. It explores the influence of Soviet ideology, planned construction, regional zoning, and the initial legal-regulatory frameworks in the development of urban infrastructure during the BPSR.
